Below are our Terms of Service, which outline a lot of legal goodies, but the bottom line is it’s our aim to always take care of you as a customer on our platform.

Approval

I hereby approve that my personal information will be stored in databases belonging to Mailb.in. The information stored will only be available for control purposes by Mailb.in, and the information will not be made available for any third party.

These General Terms and Conditions will be applied by ABCyber AB in use of service provided by Mailb.in.

The Client must be a person of legal age or legal entity, if the Client is not of legal age then the Clients legal guardian shall have taken part in these Terms and Conditions and will be held accountable for all actions and purchases made. All purchases and ordering are binding.

By submitting a purchase, the client approves that Mailb.in immediately begins its activation of the requested product serving under the stipulated time to withdraw from the Agreement according to the Swedish Law SFS(2000:274). The client approves that Mailb.in begins its activation of the clients products during the stipulated time to withdraw from the agreement according to the above mentioned Swedish Law SFS(2000:274) meaning that the right to withdraw from the Agreement will not be applied on these General Terms and Conditions.

General

Services provided by Mailb.in to the Client is only intended for the Clients direct use. The Client does not have the right to sell, lease or transfer the Service, or part of the Service, to a third party.

Mailb.in reserves the right to temporarily suspend or immediately shut down the Client along with it's services, if the Client does not comply or acknowledge any part of these Terms of agreement. Suspension or termination of the Clients account does not entitle the Client to any form of reimbursement for any amount paid for any Service. Mailb.in reserves the right to transfer agreement with customer to another part. Usage of Mailb.in and the services provided is considered an acceptance of these terms of agreement.

Payment

The fees of Mailb.in's services is paid with a payment card, linked to the Clients account. The payment can be made either via a Credit Card or Debit Card. Only when the transaction is completed, and the money is visible in ABCyber AB's account, will the funds be transfered to the Clients account, and the service will be started.

Use of Service

The Client shall use the service in such way that it does not damage or impair it's own service or other customers that use similar services. This includes, but is not limited to, overuse of the service or other ways that create large amount of network traffic or use up allot of system resources. Under no circumstances shall the Client's use of the service lead to disturbance on Mailb.in's or another service providers network or any disturbance on the Internet in its entirety.

The use of the service must not violate Swedish or international laws.

Customer's account information (email addresses, nicknames, passwords, and alike) must not contain defamatory, discriminatory, racist or otherwise objectionable statements or formulations. Mailb.in reserves the right to determine what it deems offensive or not.

If the Client violates the above, Mailb.in reserves the right to, without warning, shut down the Clients service and suspend it's account without the possibility to a refund or reactivation.

The use of Mailb.in's services is at the Clients responsibility. Mailb.in can not be liable for customer's use of services. Mailb.in is not responsible for any content on the site and can not fully guarantee its accuracy. Mailb.in can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the Clients use of services. Servers ordered with the password must be password protected at all times.

Security

It is entirely the Clients responsibility to keep the credentials of the service, secure from unauthorized access.

By providing the requested personal data at the time of an order, the Client that is an individual or business with a sole proprietor to Mailb.in, or the party that Mailb.in has hired, dealing with Clients personal data, including social security numbers, as shown below.

Verification of the Clients personal data:

The treatment of the Clients personal information in the customer database that Mailb.in, or the party that Mailb.in hired, is in the purpose to provide the service.

The processing of the Clients personal information for internal/administrative use:

The purpose of processing the customer's personal information is that Mailb.in should be able to provide the requested service and comply with the obligations according to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

The customer is entitled to, without any cost, receive the information about the personal data concerning him / her that are processed by Mailb.in, and if necessary request correction of the information. Such requests must be submitted in writing to Mailb.in.

The Clients Responsibilities

The Client shall indemnify and hold Mailb.in harmless from any and all liability and costs, in connection with any violation of any term of these General Terms and Conditions. Should the Client not assume this responsibility, he or she will be suspended from the website and it's services until further notice.

Force Majeure and Other

Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

If a party is unable to meet its obligations for a longer period than one month due to reasons stated above, each party has the right to withdraw from its obligations as stipulated in this Agreement. However, such a withdrawal does not constitute a right to claim any reimbursements or damages.

Interruption of Service

Mailb.in shall remedy errors and interruptions that have occurred in the service the Client has purchased. Error reporting must be done via Mailb.in's error reporting page or via email to [email protected]. Mailb.in does not pay compensation for interruptions in service that have not lasted more than 48 consecutive hours during working days, this after the error report has been made as above. Mailb.in does not compensate for errors due to the Client or the Client's supplier(s). The compensation will be calculated from the payment(s) made for the given time period and cannot exceed the payment amount. If Mailb.in, following an error report from a Client, has taken measures to remedy errors due to the Client or any relationship on his part, the Client shall reimburse Mailb.in for work and other costs. These costs can be debited to the Client's payment method (Credit or Debit Card) on the site or via manual invoicing.

Validity & Terms and Conditions

These general conditions apply until further notice. Mailb.in reserves the right to amend and/or change these General Terms and Conditions. Changes in these terms of agreement becomes valid 1 month after they have been made public on Mailb.in website, https://www.mailb.in. The customers are themselves responsible for keeping up to date with changes in this terms of agreement.
